What better way to spend a three-day weekend than visiting the beautiful city of Victoria, BC! A scenic but rainy ferry ride away, we spent our days exploring the Fisherman's Wharf and an old lighthouse, catching a Chinese Lion Dance and eating our way through some delicious coffee shops and cafes.

It’s that time of year, winter, which means it’s time to explore. Naturally, we decided it was time for a trip to Oregon, our tax-less neighbor. Mt. Hood was the destination, with a little room for distractions.
A week of vacation and a thirst for adventure was all we needed as an excuse to road trip down the West Coast. Beginning in Seattle, we loaded up our 70’s RV with our necessities (my cannon, a pair of sunglasses, and the perfect road trip playlist) and a few of our favorite people and hit the road.
