If you wish to return an item purchased from www.sourcedenim.com or from our retail partners, please fill out the form below and click “Submit”. Our Customer Service department will contact you within 3 business days.

Customers must pay return shipping charges. We will ship exchanges to addresses within the United States at our expense. Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all shipping charges, duty and taxes, for both returns and exchanges. When shipping, please insure your package for its full value.
